despondent. We have access to many other respectable,
competitive lenders who will take a more understanding
approach to your requirements. In many cases a lower
deposit will be required. Status and non-status lending is
available.
Through our sources of mainstream
lenders through to private investors status and credit
history does not have to be an issue. So long as the
project is sound we can source the finance.
For new building developments it may
even be possible to provide funds up to 100% of the
project costs.
