your income varies from month to month or you need to
reduce your monthly commitments to a bare minimum until
your financial situation improves then an interest only
mortgage may appeal. Although flexible mortgages are the
ideal vehicle to be conducted on an interest only basis
similar rules can be applied to regular schemes. Please
note : Interest Only does not mean that you have to have a
supporting endowment policy.
